Adriana Brusi

Managing Director

Born and raised in Hong Kong, Adriana came into the world already wired for performance. She made the Asia Pacific gymnastics and swimming team at 12, and by 16 was dubbed “the youngest director in Hong Kong” earning a grant that had her working with the Youth Arts Festival and helping get children off the streets. That same year she began volunteering in orphanages after school, not because anyone asked her to, but because she has always understood that the energy in any room starts with who you choose to show up for. That sense of purpose has never left her, and today she serves as a Board Advisor for Emergcare.

At 17 she backpacked the UK and Europe. Then came an early obsession with HTML coding that had her building the best MySpace pages anyone had ever seen. (Hi Tom.) It sounds like a footnote. It wasn’t.

What followed was a career that most people could not have planned if they tried. Hospitality kitchens. Hotel management across Ramada, Accor and Mirvac. Nightclubs. Restaurants she launched and ran herself. An immersion in the entrepreneurial world through Roger Hamilton and Wealth Dynamics. Every single one of those environments was teaching her the same thing, even when she didn’t yet have the language for it. She was learning how rooms work. How energy builds or dies. How the right people in the right space at the right moment create something that cannot be manufactured or faked.

She started calling it “Lead Generation Through Vibe”. The industry would eventually catch up.

Her events company, Event Negotiators, became the engine that brought Sir Richard Branson, Tim Ferriss, Susan Sarandon, Jane Seymour, Sofia Loren, Goldie Hawn and many more to Australia. Not through luck and not through connections she was born into. Through an obsessive understanding of crowd psychology and what it actually takes to fill a room with the right people and make something real happen inside it.

She then founded a separate digital media company, building websites that moved people from logic to emotion and showed clients exactly how structure and design impact their bottom line. Those clients filled their events more easily, converted more effectively, and almost without exception became lifers.

Across more than 20 years, 76 countries visited and 5 lived in, Adriana has been doing something the rest of the industry has only recently started talking about. She has been engineering authentic crowd intelligence. Matching real humans who genuinely fit a brand’s customer avatar with brand experiences designed specifically for them. Never filling a room for the sake of numbers. Always crowd matching with intention.

That is her unfair advantage. She has never faked a room. Not once.

  • 1Be authentic and genuine. People buy from people they trust and once you lose trust you don’t ever get it back.
  • 2Don’t gossip. Gossip is like a virus, a contamination – do not engage in any kind of toxic behaviour, it only dilutes you and your brand.
  • 3I view life like a bow and arrow philosophy – in order to be propelled forward to be the best version of yourself, you first need to be pulled back.
  • 4Treat every business you work in, whether employed or contracted, as if it was your own, as if every decision you make affects your own bottom line.
  • 5Dress for the role you want; not for the role you’re in.
  • 6No one is beneath you; if you talk to anyone like they are somehow less than you then that speaks volumes about your behaviour and who you are as a person
  • 7Do not tolerate bullying whether it is directly happening to you or indirectly occurring to someone you know. Just because it doesn’t affect your life doesn’t mean it’s not happening and doesn’t mean you can’t do something about it.
  • 8Believe in yourself. Don’t let anyone dim your light and make you believe you can’t achieve something. You can do ANYTHING you want – back yourself!
  • 9Do one thing every day that is a step closer to your goal – and one day you’ll turn around and realise you’ve reached your destination.
  • 10You are not too much, you will never be too much and the very idea is preposterous!! Do not come down off the top shelf just so someone can reach you!!
