No it is a free platform; there is ZERO cost. The talent signs up and looks for jobs that they want to do; and all they have to do is fulfil that job. (I know – how can that possibly be true)?!!

There is also no cost to the company to join the platform – however as they need to pay the talent based on how much “talent” they need – the money is held in escrow; and provided the talent completes the job – the money is then released to the talent for jobs completed.

No – we are only verifying authenticity of your identification and that you are who you say you are. This is so that the person who is scanning in and out of the said booked job is actually you. None of your verified ID data is stored or held; it is simply verified to confirm you are who you say you are.

None. . . Okay maybe some basics; like hygiene, reading and writing (acceptance of terms and conditions means you need to understand what your accepting) – but no specialist skills. And because all opportunities are unique – there is availability for everyone

Yes at the moment you need to be over 18

And verification will require either a passport and or a driver’s licence *or equivalent recognised Identification (the passport will be what permits you to apply for jobs in other countries along with a working VISA. Please ensure you review Terms and Conditions for more detail.

Yes – a portrait and full length photo is required. This is not based around modelling shots. You are required to be fully dressed; no other people, fish, animals or objects are permitted in these images. This is not a dating site nor an onlyfans site. It is only to validate/verify your profile; and to give an optic.

An attribute is what makes you, you

Hair colour, Eye colour, Glasses, Tattoo’s, height etc.

It is also what is used to filter for “jobs” EG a hair brand may be specifically looking for red heads between the age of 25 – 35 for a commercial and need 40 of them.

Of a tattoo expo may be looking for people with sleeve tattoo’s (so these attributes will allow entities to filter and search) but it also allows people to filter and search for jobs by certain key terms.

Everyone who signs up on the platform whether talent or company is required to sign an NDA – Confidentiality.  This is because organizations do not want the public disclosure of who and how they utilise marketing techniques made public.

In all organisations m one is privy to what their spend and or activities are where they are doing advertising or PR and how they are doing it.  So public facing you will only be able to see general catagories – Extras / Entertainment – Cafes / etc …

The brand is protected until you are selected, and they select you. This is also to protect them from competitors who are trying to see what others in their area are doing.

What could a job look like

• Restaurant is looking for 20 people to elevate their venue – Go to a restaurant, get given a plate of food, eat food, take photos, post a story or review (pending brief and requirements) share a commentary tag 3 friends) – get paid
• Film studios are looking for extra’s / companies are looking for extras for advertising campaigns or marketing activations – be an extra / do a campaign – get paid.

Yes We dont care how many friends or followers you have – this isnt about influencers. No company/entity is permitted to request more than 3 friend tags in any social post

All funds for all jobs are held in escrow (what is escrow) ** a holding account to guarantee a company is good for the money.

Once you have completed the job in full based on the brief the funds are released?

Doing everything the brief says (I know right *doh*) – but it is amazing the amount of excuses people will give for not completing something in full and or the lack of accountability; and or diffusion of responsibility. So please note that there is NO deviation to what we are saying and NO ONE will respond to you once a decision is made. IF you fail to complete a job in full; you will not be paid for it.

• if you take a product consume and or use it and dont follow and or complete a brief
• If you miss the deadline in which the brief must be completed in
• If you deviate in any way – eg Do a fb story after agreeing to a tik tok
• If you do a google review instead of a rednote etc
• If you dont show up to a job that you agreed (causing opportunity loss)
• If you breach any of the terms and conditions
• If you don’t comply with the NDA

If you genuinely feel that you have met the full criteria and that a company has failed to do the right thing by you – there will be a dedicated area to file a complaint. However if you do file a complaint and it is found that you are incorrect you will suspended from the platform for at least a month. So we recommend you ensure you have your ducks in a row.

If a company is found to not be releasing payment to talent when they have been in fact completing work; they payment will be removed from their escrow to pay the talent and their account will be placed on suspension for at least 3 months – with a possibility for a complete Ban for breaching guidelines.

They are all in app notifications; there are no emails and or phone notifications for jobs – unless there is an issue with ID verification. It is your responsibility to check your own notifications. Just like it is your responsibility when your alarm goes off in the morning to get up for the day, your job, and or anything else you need to do.

Then you will miss a job opportunities and or any job notifications that you will need to be notified about? You can manage how you view these? But if you accept a job, and then you don’t turn up; you can congratulate yourself on making it to the suspension list 😊

• That is up to the organiser – some allow for one to one messages; some will send group messages out. It is at the discretion of the company
• Please keep in mind that jobs regarding extra’s rarely have any one on one interaction. Whilst we have no doubt that you deem yourself exceptionally important; the producers and directors are not interested in back and forth dialogue. You will be given a brief usually only 24 hours prior. These will have strict instructions to follow. There may be a group chat that is open.  We suggest that you follow the instructions.

If this is a job that has guided times surrounding it – then as per the above; you have failed to meet the parameters of the brief and you wont get paid.

If you have been flagged as yellow – this tell future companies; that you have previously been suspended. This also applies to Red (however this advises them that you have been suspended more than once and or the significance of the issue)

Black – you wont show up for a company – this means you are banned indefinitely – and is for us internally.

Companies can also get the above “flags” applied to them if they fail to act with integrity when carrying out jobs.

If you breach the NDA – or denigrate an entity – you will be banned permanently from the platform.

If companies denigrate, breach and or try to dilute another company – they will be held accountable for their actions and will be suspended and or could be permanently removed from use.

• No one cares about the list of reasons why you couldnt deliver
• No one cares about whose aunties sisters uncles best friend died
• No one cares about the 7 day mourning session you had to have for your goldfish before you flushed it
• No one cares that you couldnt find the location
• No one cares that you couldnt get parking
• No one cares that the $2 coin you intended to use for public transport rolled down the hill and went down the drain
• No one cares that you had a big night
• No one cares that you were sure you posted and reception was baf and it didnt work
• No one cares that you cant take accountability or your other diffusion of responsibility reasons
• No one cares that you have more excuses than there is bacteria in a public toilet
• And no one cares that the complaint emails you write to the no reply email inbox will remain unchecked till the dawn of time
